It is to our delight pleasure to announce that....
K-Gen's flashmob in Taylors is in the news!
More like published in the e-pop (chinese version), issue 282, p. 39!
Here's what it looks like!

It feels so great to have our flashmob featured in such a popular magazine among k-pop news in Malaysia!
This has cemented the fact that K-Gen is bound to have many more memorable events coming up rite? And to be the first (to our knowledge) in any tertiary institution in Malaysia to have a published article of our event in a magazine such as e-pop!

Hallyu Festival is around the corner!!
Can't believe all those planning and stressing is all gonna end soon!
In just about 8 days! (Ok, excluding that Saturday, means in a week's time!)
Gosh!

Our banners and bunting has also been released and placed strategically in Lakeside Campus!
We regret to inform that by the time the posters were up, the tickets were already sold!

We would once again, like to apologize for this....

Anyway, this is our banner hung on the 2nd floor of Taylor's Lakeside Campus.
It is visible if you walk from Block B to Block C onwards, and also from the 2nd floor near the entrance to the library and also Dessert Bar (that explains the brightly coloured canopies :))

Our bunting is displayed in the Student Life Centre, and you will be able to see this as you enter the SLC. It is on the left side of the pool and foosball table :D

So we have decided to give you a few teaser photos of our venue.
Yes, we can only accomodate 200 people because of the venue restrictions, not because we do not wanna release more tickets to everyone.

We have tried to ask for a bigger venue, however, all venues are booked for that day.

Anyway, here are some pics of the inside of the lecture theater 19. It's got RED chairs and carpets and yes, it is air-conditioned :D

Seating will be on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis and i am afraid latecomers need to be seated on the stairs.

Food wise, The Street Cafe would be sponsoring 200 satay sticks and korean tea.
We would also be providing 200 packets of nasi lemak.

We know that this might not be enough for some, but do not worry, our commercial block across our building would be open from 10am to 10pm on that day!

Do not fret, as we offer you with selections of shops like :

...that are already running in the campus!

Again, our list of events include dance performances from our SPECIAL GUEST, PROGRESSION
(Grand prize winners of Korean Wave Contest)!!!!

That's not all!

We have also reigned in EPSILON and MY4NIA(JSY) to add more excitement to the event!

Besides that, we will also have dance competition, video viewing and cheering for the 5/6 selected fan clubs- so anticipate what each fan club has to offer in their video viewing section!
We also have Hanbok Trial and games session (Tuho and Jegi) sponsored by Korea Tourism Organisation!

SO IS EVERYONE GEARED UP FOR THIS EPIC EVENT?!

The KGen admins still cant believe its already October and the days are slowly creeping to the 30th! Gosh! How time flies!
And we have it announced all over the lifts of the Lakeside campus as well!

Here are some maps to Taylors Lakeside Campus.
Please look for it closely, or do a trip there first before the event so that you wont get lost and be late on that day.

It is really important to note the main entrance...which is the turning to the left right before the LDP toll...cuz if u missed it, you will be goin to Bukit Jalil..so please be sure of the road.

Once u r in the right LANE, pay attention to the signboards because parking is real messy in taylors. But this will become less worrisome because it is a SATURDAY. So plenty of parking no worries, the issue is which road to lead you to the nearest possible parking to our event.

We will be posting some road pics (hopefully) soon, so you will have a better view of the whole parking thing going on. So stay tune to our updates!
