2011 is biding farewell and 2012 is smiling to us!
A brand new year is coming and we are looking for the brand new BOD 2012 of K-Gen!
Are you interested in joining the new team of K-Gen?
We are looking for people to fill in the shoes of these positions:-
Secretary
- to do report of events and minutes of meetings
- ensuring all forms are complete (grammatically and full details enclosed) to be sent to relevant parties
Treasurer
- do record of transaction in/out of the club
- to maintain a healthy balance sheet
- not necessarily to have an accounting background
Assistant Treasurer
- to assist Treasurer in maintaining a healthy balance sheet
- to assist in bank transactions when needed
Club Director
- deals with membership (include registration and fee collection)
- keep tabs on the registered members
- answering enquiries of members unless there is specific PIC for certain events
- organizes recruitment drives (a.k.a C&S Day)
Creative Director
- in charge of design of any publication/promoting materials (banners, flyers etc)
- management of all social networking sites’ appearances (blog & facebook)
Event & PR Manager
- to scout for companies in which K-Gen can be represented in a positive light
- to keep contact with them if any problems, events or support are needed
- PIC for events throughout the year
- planning and conducting events
Assistant Event Manager
- assist in planning and conducting events
Assistant PR Manager
- assist in contacting 3rd parties
You must be...
Responsible, Pleasant personality, and good team player...but MOST of all, have a HUGE BURSTING enthusiasm for K-pop!
